Qualifications
- HCHB EMR experience preferred
- Outpatient Scheduling Experience required
- Certified in state(s) practicing as a Nurse’s Aide, or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA), or Certified Geriatric Nurse’s Aide (CGNA).
- Can be a non-aide if the administrative team agrees on the candidate’s qualifications
- Board Certified Hospice and Palliative Nursing Assistant (CHPNA).
- (Preferred) At least two years’ experience in Hospice care or Homecare
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Matured and able to deal effectively with the demands of the job
- Minimum of one year data entry, word processing and/or medical records maintenance experience in a medical or healthcare customer service environment
- Required Certification/Licensure: Preferred graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program or accredited School of Vocational Nursing
- Knowledge of Home Care Home Base EMR system

- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines
