Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care.
- Aid with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, and skin care.
- Recognize and report any abnormal findings or changes in patient status.
- Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to establish and carry out the plan of care.
Requirements
- Certified Nurse Assistant Certification required.
- Attention to detail; ability to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition.
- Reliable transportation with proof of valid driver's license and auto insurance.
