About the role
As a Hospice CNA, you will play a vital role in our care team, providing personal care, light housekeeping, and emotional support to patients in their homes throughout Plymouth and Bristol Counties.
Responsibilities
- Perform personal care needs for patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Auxiliary with feeding, toileting, and ambulation
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
- Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans and monitor patient conditions
Requirements
- Must hold an active and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant license in the state of Massachusetts
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients safely and comfortably
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

Pay
$22 to $24 an hour with weekly pay, depending on experience.
