Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders
- Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands
- Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents while maintaining confidentiality and using EVV system
- Ensure client safety, operate medical equipment appropriately, and respond promptly to needs
- Function effectively in diverse home environments regardless of client background
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transit
- Preferred: CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Preferred: 6+ months home care experience
- Ability to work independently and flexibly
