Responsibilities
- Assist patients with personal care, including hygiene and grooming tasks such as bed baths, sponge baths, shower baths, and hair shampooing in sink, tub, or bed.
- Work collaboratively with patients and families to provide compassionate care.
- Perform services ordered by a physician under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Requirements
- Completed an approved CNA training and competency evaluation program.
- Active CNA license in good standing.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to cover assigned territory.
- At least one year of experience, with hospice or home health experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of iOS operating system.
