What You'll Do
- Develop and deliver innovative clinical education and training programs.
- Coach and mentor staff in hospice best practices.
- Support regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, and patient safety initiatives.
- Promote professional development and certification in hospice and palliative care.
- Facilitate learning opportunities for the entire hospice interdisciplinary team.
- Assist with course development and educational content creation.
- Partner with leadership to maintain 5-star quality standards.
Schedule & Pay
- Full-time position; Monday - Friday; field and office based training throughout our service area; occasional evening or weekend work may be required to support organizational needs.
- Participation in Administrative On-Call (AOC) rotation, weekday afterhours and weekends.
- Competitive pay: $79,000 - $114,000, based on experience

Requirements
- BSN required.
- Current IL nursing license.
- Minimum three (3) years current experience in hospice nursing.
- Certified in Hospice and Palliative Nursing (CHPN) preferred.
- Mandatory certification within 12 months of hire.
- Accreditation experience, preferably in a hospice environment.
- Supervisory and administrative experience preferred.
- Training experience in a professional environment required.
- Knowledge of guidelines governing hospice Medicare participation and care.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Valid drivers’ license. Current auto insurance and access to a reliable automobile.
