Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant - Part Time PRN

The Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Part Time PRN provides personal care, basic treatments, household tasks, and occasional meal prep under the supervision of a Registered Nurse for individuals with special needs in their homes. Key responsibilities include assisting with transfers, medication reminders, grooming, wound care, feeding, and promoting client safety and independence. The role requires documenting services, monitoring client conditions, and maintaining accurate clinical records per policies and regulations. Qualifications: Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or GED, valid CNA certification, driver’s license, CPR certification, and successful completion of competency testing. Preferred: Hospice or long-term care experience is a plus. Skills: Compassion, effective communication, following directions, and maturity to handle responsibilities.
