Hospice Certified Nursing assistant - Part time

About the role

Join our dedicated Hospice team at AdvisaCare Home Health Care, a Medicare certified agency with over 20 years of experience. We are currently seeking experienced, motivated, and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services to Hospice clients in their homes.
• Build meaningful relationships and foster a healing environment within the home care setting.
• Travel across AdvisaCare service area (Barry and Surrounding Counties) as needed.

Requirements

• State of Michigan Certified Nursing Assistant (current).
• High school graduate or GED.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• 6 months of Hospice CNA experience or equivalent (preferred but not required).
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.
