Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking CNAs to join our team at Brighton/Suncrest Hospice. Our goal is to provide exceptional care and service to our patients by increasing staff to patient ratios, which allows us to increase clinical visits and lower clinician caseloads. We are proud to be CHAP certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with resident assessments, care plans, and as directed by nursing management.
• Coordinate proper types of care to residents with other licensed care staff.
• Follow Company nursing policies and procedures as well as safety guidelines.
• Collaborate daily with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and aide leadership.
• Work closely with patients on a 1-1 level, supported by a patient care team.
• Work independently and on your own from a day-to-day basis.
• Drive with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state(s) of practice.

Pay

Pay range is $22 - $25 per hour + monthly bonus opportunities.
