Role Overview Seeking a dependable, empathetic Hospice Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate personal care and emotional support to terminally ill patients in various home settings. Key responsibilities include assisting with hygiene, grooming, mobility, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. The role involves observing patient conditions, reporting changes, maintaining accurate documentation, and practicing infection control. The aide supports patients and families emotionally and participates in team activities and quality improvement initiatives.
