About the Role
The RN Clinical Nurse plays a crucial role in an interdisciplinary team, delivering high-quality, safe, patient-centered care. They perform the nursing process, apply evidence-based practices, and coordinate care with patients and families to ensure personalized treatment that respects cultural diversity.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, effective clinical assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
- Promote teamwork and interdisciplinary communication
- Support performance improvement initiatives
- Serve as a preceptor or mentor to colleagues
- Advocate for evidence-based practice and research
- Assist in developing protocols, optimize resource use, and uphold organizational policies and standards
Requirements
- BSN from an accredited institution
- Valid nursing license (multi-state preferred)
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 10 years of direct patient care experience
