TheKey is urgently hiring caregivers with hospice experience for the Monday–Friday 4 pm–12 am shift at $25/hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight supervision, comfort, and routine support
• Assist clients with personal care, redirection, and sensory-friendly engagement
• Document nightly activities and communicate any changes or concerns
• Promote independence and inclusion within the home environment

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• At least 18 years of age
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• HCA registration with the State of California (assistance available upon hire), including meeting state background requirements
• Valid driver’s license with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
• TB clearance or chest X-ray

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving, behavioral therapy, or working with individuals with autism (preferred)
• Reliable transportation and current driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and maintain a calm, patient presence
