As a Hospice Assistant, you’ll provide one-on-one personal care to patients in their homes and care communities. You’ll work alongside our nurses and interdisciplinary hospice team to help patients remain comfortable, safe, and cared for while providing families with reassurance and support. Responsibilities

What You’ll Do As a Hospice Assistant, you’ll provide individualized care based on each patient’s plan of care. Most importantly, you’ll bring a calm, caring, and reassuring presence to patients and families when they need it most.

Requirements

• Nebraska Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Two years of personal care experience preferred.
• One year of Home Care or Hospice experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and current automobile insurance required.
