Hospice Aide Facility Full Time or Part Time

About the role

Niagara Hospice is seeking compassionate individuals to join their hospice aide team. Full-time and part-time positions are available, offering 12.5-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

- Provide compassionate care to patients in their homes. - Assist with daily living activities as needed. - Maintain accurate patient records. - Work closely with charge nurses and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

- Certified NYS Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). - High school diploma or equivalent. - Ability and willingness to work in the facility in Lockport, NY.

Pay

$18.10 - $20.10 per hour.

Schedule

- 2 days a week: 25 hours per week (part time) - 3 days a week: 37.5 hours per week (full time) - Every 3rd weekend rotation required - 1st shift: 7 AM - 7:30 PM - 2nd shift: 7 PM - 7:30 PM (eligible for +$2 shift differential)
