About the Role
As a Hospice Aide, your focus will be on helping patients with daily activities and providing personal care. AI-supported tools allow you to document key patient details efficiently, giving you more time to deliver compassionate, hands-on care.

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and monitor basic health needs.
- Leverage documentation tools to track care provided and report patient conditions.
- Build trust with patients by maintaining focus on their needs.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) required.
- 1 year experience as a CNA in hospice or home health settings preferred.
Pay
The base pay range for this role is $21.10 - $29.08 per hour. Additional compensation may be available, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
