Position Summary
HealthFlex is seeking a compassionate and experienced Hospice Aide. By joining our 5 star rated clinical team; you will be providing skilled services to help patients regain their independence in the comfort of their own home.
Essential Job Functions
- Assist in providing a safe environment for the client.
- Participates in client teaching according to the client’s plan of care.
- Provide client care according to approved Plan of Care.
- Aid clients with personal care and hygiene.
- Comply with all documentation and record keeping requirements.
- Use equipment properly and in a safe manner.

Requirements
HHA certification required. Experience as a Home Health Aide or Hospice Aide a plusCurrent AHA CPR certificationDriver's License
