Hospice Aide - 12.5hr Day Shifts - Part Time - Lockport NY

Location: 4675 Sunset Dr., Lockport, NY 14092

Schedule

• Part-time: 25 hours per week (2 days a week)
• Every 3rd weekend required
• Day shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (12.5 hours)

Responsibilities

• 5 to 1 patient-to-aide ratio
• Charge nurse available around the clock

Requirements

• Current New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• High school education or equivalent
