Hospice Administrative Assistant
About the Role
In this role, you will coordinate the daily operations of the hospice department, serving as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and inquiries and ensuring prompt, professional response and appropriate routing. You will provide clerical and administrative support to the department, demonstrating strong initiative, sound judgment, and discretion in managing complex, sensitive, and confidential responsibilities within a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will also be responsible for scheduling hospice aides.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of clerical or administrative experience in a healthcare office setting

Pay
Pay Range: $19.52 - $24.12 per hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
