ABOUT THE ROLE
Endeavor Hospice is seeking a HOSPICE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE to own and grow an active referral territory across the Phoenix metro area. This role offers competitive compensation, direct access to senior leadership, and a supportive environment with clear career growth opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and grow an active referral territory across the Phoenix metro, building lasting relationships with hospital discharge planners, SNFs, ALFs, physicians, and other key partners.
- Identify and develop new referral sources through consistent, strategic field activity, including sales calls, facility visits, and community events.
- Analyze your territory to build and execute a focused marketing plan with measurable outcomes.
- Meet regularly with key decision-makers, track your activity, and report on the impact of your field efforts.
- Represent the Endeavor brand at conferences, networking events, community gatherings, and partner functions.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and the broader BD team to hit and exceed shared goals.
- Support smooth care transitions by assisting with inquiries and intakes when needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of hospice or healthcare sales experience in the Arizona market.
- Established referral relationships with hospital discharge planners, SNFs, ALFs, or physician practices in the Phoenix metro area, preferred.
- A track record of hitting or exceeding territory goals, not just holding accounts.
- Strong organizational and planning skills. You manage your own calendar and your own pipeline.
- The ability to think strategically about a territory, identify high-value targets, and build a road map to get there.
- A proactive, competitive mindset. You set goals because you want to hit them.
- Polished communication and presentation skills.
- Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field travel across the Phoenix metro area.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Sales, or related field preferred.
- Experience in healthcare sales or home health preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
