Hosp Performance Specialist/UKHC

About the role

The Hosp Performance Specialist supports performance monitoring and data reporting across the UK HealthCare Enterprise. This role develops and maintains the infrastructure to monitor and analyze internal and external environment quality and safety data, such as CMS Star Program and Leapfrog Safety Grades, and ensures data integrity and reliability across multiple systems and teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the infrastructure to monitor and analyze internal and external environment quality and safety data.
• Serve as a data and analytics liaison, ensuring data integrity and reliability across multiple systems and teams.
• Support the implementation of new data collection and analysis tools as needed.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely data reporting.
• Prepare and present data-driven reports and analyses to senior leadership.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of performance metrics and benchmarks.

Requirements

• BS in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 years of related experience in healthcare quality and safety management.
• Proficiency with databases and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications

• MHA or MBA preferred.

Pay

$54,080 - $95,056/year

Schedule

Primarily Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; some evenings, nights, weekends, and/or holidays may be required.
