Responsibilities
- Review specs and customer requirements
- Measure and cut hose
- Crimp fittings with confidence
- Assemble hydraulic hose assemblies that meet production guidelines without compromise
- Verify accuracy with tape measures and digital calipers
- Keep quality processes tight
- Complete inspection paperwork with care
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Maintain a neat, clean work area
- Build detailed knowledge of production processes
- Communicate clearly
- Work efficiently
- Support your team, including other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to safely lift up to 30 pounds using proper lifting techniques
- Skills using equipment such as saws, crimpers, forklifts, etc.
- Computer skills are highly desirable
- Comfort applying basic math skills in production settings
- Ability to use and read tape measures and digital calipers
- Work quickly, accurately, and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older to operate equipment
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Preferred: Computer skills are highly desirable
