Hose Technician - Manufacturing Associate

Responsibilities

• Review specs and customer requirements
• Measure and cut hose
• Crimp fittings with confidence
• Assemble hydraulic hose assemblies that meet production guidelines without compromise
• Verify accuracy with tape measures and digital calipers
• Keep quality processes tight
• Complete inspection paperwork with care
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Maintain a neat, clean work area
• Build detailed knowledge of production processes
• Communicate clearly
• Work efficiently
• Support your team, including other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to safely lift up to 30 pounds using proper lifting techniques
• Skills using equipment such as saws, crimpers, forklifts, etc.
• Computer skills are highly desirable
• Comfort applying basic math skills in production settings
• Ability to use and read tape measures and digital calipers
• Work quickly, accurately, and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must be 18 years of age or older to operate equipment
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Preferred: Computer skills are highly desirable
