Responsibilities

• Plant identification and proper pruning techniques
• Inventory management and order processing
• Research industry standards and use quality products
• Safely operate equipment and perform daily maintenance
• Attend required meetings or inspections
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technical data
• Communicate property conditions and field issues to management
• Complete assigned documentation tasks using a company-provided mobile device
• Operate and maintain equipment for applications

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport
• Horticultural knowledge, including plant healthcare, hand pruning, and selective pruning experience
• Observational and analytical problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate professionally and interact with customers, expressing sincere concern for their needs
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Preferred: Knowledge of common regional plants, irrigation, watering needs, drainage, turf, and lighting systems
• Familiarity with pump operations
