Honda Sales Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead new and used vehicle sales operations at our high-performing Honda dealership in Vista, CA. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving new and used car volume, maximizing profitability, and developing a strong, performance-driven sales team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. What You’ll Do Lead and manage all new vehicle sales operationsDrive volume, gross profit, and market share growthWork closely with Sales Managers and Finance to optimize deal structure and closing performanceTrain, coach, and hold the sales team accountable to process and performance standardsManage new and used vehicle inventory, pricing, and merchandising. Ensure strong customer experience and CSI performance across all new car operationsReview sales reports, track KPIs, and implement strategies to improve performance. What You’ll Need 5+ years automotive sales management experience requiredProven experience in high-volume automotive salesStrong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational planning skillsStrong F&I knowledge with proven ability to structure deals and maximize backend grossProficiency with CRM systems, desking tools, digital retail platforms, and inventory management software (ex.
