Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Sell new and used vehicles, including financing options
• Manage customer relationships and referrals
• Perform diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify repair needs
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Knowledge of automotive products and services
• Passion for automotive retail and customer satisfaction
