Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily flow of the Honda Parts Counter, ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous, and accurate service.
• Aid retail customers, service advisors, and technicians in person and over the phone.
• Identify, explain, and recommend Honda parts and accessories using electronic catalogs and dealership systems.
• Take ownership of the customer experience by providing concierge-level support and ensuring inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.
• Process parts invoices, special orders, and returns accurately.
• Communicate parts availability, pricing, and back-order status clearly and proactively.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient parts counter and work area.
• Support inventory control efforts, including stocking and organization as needed.
• Carry out additional assignments that help create a positive and lasting customer impression.

Qualifications

• An organized, friendly, and customer-focused personality.
• Strong communication skills with both customers and internal team members.
• The ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Automotive or parts counter experience preferred, but not required (Honda experience a plus).
• A professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• A willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
