Primary Responsibilities
- Provide daily routine care such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Perform house maintenance when applicable
- Answer phone calls for clients when necessary
- Converse with patients to provide assurance
- Observe universal precautions
- Provide patient transportation to doctor appointments, outside activities, and shopping
- Provide patient laundry and linen changes
- Perform light housekeeping
- Provide medication reminders
- Prepare meals and clean up
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Previous experience working as a non-medical caregiver required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Must have cell phone or tablet
