MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve. Homemaker (Homemaker) – In-Home Care ⚠️ REQUIRED TO APPLY: Applicants must have a full, Massachusetts valid driver’s license held for at least 12 months, a reliable personal vehicle, and a valid Homemaker certificate 📍 Location: Springfield & Surrounding Areas 💰 Wage: $18.50/hour + Mileage Reimbursement 🕐 Schedule: Flexible Hours | Based on Availability This position starts on a per diem (as-needed) basis, with the opportunity to gradually build your schedule as you pick up additional clients.
