Responsibilities

• Support in promoting independence
• Create a safe home environment
• Provide companionship to clients in a 1:1 home setting
• Support and assist with household tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
• Aid in running errands such as grocery shopping
• Follow each individual's care plan
• Complete required daily documentation

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
