Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for homecare with a focus on 1:1 patient care.
Responsibilities
- Providing skilled nursing care in patients' homes
- Monitoring and responding to patient condition changes
- Administering treatments and medications
- Collaborating with families and care teams
- Educating patients confidently
Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Preferred: 1+ year experience
Schedule
- Flexible scheduling
- Full-time, part-time, and PRN work
- Day, evening, and overnight shifts
- Adult and pediatric patients
