What You'll Do:
- Oversee daily operations of home care services (HHA, CNA, PCA, Homemaker, Companion)
- Manage scheduling and ensure strong client-caregiver matches
- Maintain communication with clients, families, and care teams
- Monitor quality of care and client satisfaction
- Lead, coach, and support office staff and caregivers
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and retention
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards
- Handle reports, documentation, and payroll prep
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of home care experience
- 2+ years of leadership/management experience
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
- Tech-comfortable (Microsoft Office, electronic systems)
- ASAP experience is a plus
- Valid MA driver's license and reliable transportation
