Homecare Assistant

About the role

Supporting customers across Mid & West Cornwall with 20-30 hours per week, paid mileage, and overtime opportunities. Full induction and ongoing expert training provided.

Responsibilities

• Spend quality time with customers, share conversation, offer reassurance, and support daily routines.
• Prepare light meals, assist with personal care as needed, and engage in hobbies.
• Build trust and support customers in a calm, personal, and unrushed manner.

Requirements

• A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable car.
• The ability to travel across Mid & West Cornwall.
• The right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

No previous care experience is essential, as full training will be provided.

Pay

£13.46 - £13.66 per hour.
