About the role

Care Resources is a Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE®), a national healthcare program funded by Medicare/Medicaid. We are a community-based program for adults 55 years or older that promotes healthy, independent living and helps prevent nursing home placement.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing and dressing and other care services to participants including assistance with shopping, running errands, laundry, housekeeping, meal preparation and recreational activities in homes.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, auto insurance and a good driving record
• Ability to read, speak, write and understand the English language
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 60 pounds
• Pass basic physical
• Pass background check

Pay

• Non-Certified starting at $20.11 per hour
• Certified starting at $21.36 per hour

Schedule

This position is full time Monday Friday with an every 4-6 week weekend rotation; 32 – 36 hours per week
