- Manage candidate relationships and ensure timely follow-ups
- Conduct initial phone screenings and prepare detailed candidate profiles
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and arrange logistics
- Prepare and distribute job offers and maintain candidate files
- Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in recruiting or HR
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruiting
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using ATS and other HR software
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Effective time management and organizational skills
