About the role
This role requires a strong candidate with extensive experience driving commercial vehicles. The position involves operating heavy machinery safely and efficiently, managing routes, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently
- Manage assigned routes and schedules
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Perform routine maintenance checks on vehicles
Requirements
- Valid CDL A license
- At least 3 years of driving experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in transportation or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
