Responsibilities
- Manage candidate relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify and qualify potential candidates
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and candidates
- Prepare and present compelling job descriptions and interview questions
- Handle all aspects of the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant recruiting experience
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and compliance regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of LinkedIn and other social media platforms for recruitment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
