About the role

Home associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.

Pay

Hourly wage: $22–$35 per hour, meeting or exceeding the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, with multiple premiums possible when criteria are met.
