Pay
Hourly wage: $16–$29 per hour (meets or exceeds the required minimum wage for the job location). Additional compensation includes:
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour for specific circumstances (e.g., schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met)

Responsibilities
- Greet customers on the salesfloor and offer assistance
- Recommend merchandise based on customer needs
- Maintain Home displays and ensure they are in proper order throughout the day
