Pay

• Hourly wage: $15 – $28 per hour (actual rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage for the job location)
• Annual or quarterly performance incentives
• Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply

Job Overview

Home associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customers' wants and needs. They also ensure Home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
