Location: Walmart Supercenter #2929, 3030 N MAIN ST, HOPE MILLS, NC 28348, US

Pay

Hourly wage: $14 – $27 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

• Annual or quarterly performance incentives
• Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met

Schedule

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and offer assistance
• Recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs
• Maintain Home department displays and ensure proper order throughout the day
