Pay
Hourly wage ranges from $16 to $29 per hour, meeting or exceeding the required minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply when applicable criteria are met.
Schedule
Part-time position with available shifts including Mid-Shift and Closing.
About the role
Home associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs. They maintain Home displays and ensure they remain in proper order throughout the day.
