Home Team Associate
Hourly wage: $14–$27 per hour (actual rate meets or exceeds the required minimum wage for the job location). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Job Overview
Home associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer needs. They also maintain and organize Home displays throughout the day.
