About the role

Home associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day. This position is located at Walmart Supercenter #5432, 250 RICHMOND WAY, NEW RICHMOND, WI, 54017, US.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor.
• Offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs.
• Maintain Home displays and keep them in proper order throughout the day.

Pay

• Hourly wage: $15 – $28 per hour (will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage).
• Additional compensation: annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums: $0.35 – $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met.

• Employment type: Part‑Time.
