About the role
Home associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout day.

Pay
- Hourly Wage: $15.50 – $28.50 per hour (the actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location)
- Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premiums: May be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met)
