Pay

Hourly wage: $14 – $27 per hour (equal to or exceeding the applicable minimum wage).

• Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply.

Schedule

Employment type: Temporary.

Available shifts: Mid‑Shift, Closing.

Responsibilities

Home associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customers' wants and needs. They also ensure Home displays are maintained and kept in proper order throughout the day.
