Home Team Associate
Hourly wage: $14–$27 per hour. The actual rate will meet or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour for specific schedules, facilities, seasons, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

About the role
Home associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, recommend merchandise based on customer needs, and maintain Home displays in proper order throughout the day.
