Home Team Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and offer assistance.
• Recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs.
• Ensure Home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.

Pay

Hourly wage: $16 – $29 per hour. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
