Home Team Associate

Responsibilities

Home associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout day.

Pay

• Hourly wage: $14 – $27 per hour (meets or exceeds local minimum wage)
• Additional compensation: annual or quarterly performance incentives
• Premiums: $0.35 – $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply
