Pay

• Hourly wage: $15 – $28 per hour (actual rate meets or exceeds local minimum wage)
• Additional compensation:
  • Annual or quarterly performance incentives
  • Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met

About the role

Home associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs. They also maintain Home displays and keep them in proper order throughout the day.

Schedule

• Part-Time
• Available shifts: Mid-Shift, Closing
• Location: Walmart Supercenter #4068, 1206 N Canyon Creek Pkwy, Spanish Fork, UT 84660
