Pay
Hourly wage: $14 – $27 per hour. The actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may also be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer needs.
- Ensure Home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
