Job Overview
Home associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout day.

Pay
- Hourly wage: $15 - $28 per hour (actual rate will equal or exceed applicable minimum wage)
- Additional annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premium pay may be available in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed (multiple premiums may apply)
